Area
The Plant Area is well known for both the wide range of plants available
and the quality of each individual plant. Our suppliers are carefully
selected for their very high standards and reliability. As a result,
we believe we have one of the finest selections of plants available
in the country. We stock everything from the largest specimen tree
to the tiniest rare alpine bulb. We even have a separate nursery,
Garden Style. Garden Style supplies larger than average plants,
both to retail customers and to landscapers and contractors. You
can buy everything from an individual specimen shrub for instant

show your plants off to best effect, Forest Lodge Garden Centre
sells a wide range of decorative pots, chiminea, decking, fencing,
paving and stoneware and everything you could need for a sparkling
water garden display.

Inside, our extensive show area gives a wonderful opportunity
to examine our ranges of fine quality furniture, gifts, barbecues,
and garden lighting. Garden products are not forgotten with
plenty of composts, seeds, tools, fertilisers and chemicals
along with a wide range of gardening and general interest books.
Bulbs too are featured, with large displays especially in spring
and autumn. There are plenty of gift ideas, with quality foods
and treats and a wide selection of cards and paper to wrap them.
Not forgetting the comprehensive floristry section, with lots
of ideas for decorating the home or giving for that special
"Thank You". The colourful houseplant area has plenty to offer
to fill both house and conservatory, everything from cheerful
chrysanthemums to exotic orchids, from lush Bonsai plants to
gigantic rubber plants and tall Palms. |
Christmas
time
In the lead up to Christmas the garden centre becomes a real picture,
with everything you need for Christmas including fresh and artificial
Christmas Trees, decorations, gifts, toys and a large Food Hall.
The
Squirrel's Pantry
Many people just come to Forest Lodge Garden Centre to visit our
restaurant, "The Squirrel's Pantry". Here you can take a break from
shopping and enjoy anything from a cup of coffee to a full meal
with a glass of wine. Our bright spacious surroundings enjoy views
over our landscaped gardens and plant area.
